Having changed internet provider, my upstairs TV would not accept the WiFi code and connect to Netflix/Now TV/Apps etc. I had spent hours on the phone to my new provider while they took control of my phone camera but were unable to solve the problem. Then, unrelated, weeks later the picture pixelated on both of my TVs upstairs and down. Having contacted Lee on 30.12.22 he came out on New Year's Eve! He quickly solved the issues while explaining as he went along. Not only did he straighten the wall-hanging TV, but he got my surround sound working so I can easily watch Blue Ray DVD or listen to music and have decent audio when watching a film. He managed to set up all of this wirelessly, which I had been told was not possible. So impressive! Lee is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond, including making it so much more simple to use the remote controls. I was really happy with how much he charged as well, proper value for money, fantastic!
